What is the difference between the 220g and 300g versions seen elsewhere?

The Sculpt Fleece Tights utilizes an optimized 300g weight (Deep Winter Edition). This is the premium standard designed for negative temperatures (down to -10°C), unlike lighter 80g or 200g versions which are insufficient for the heart of winter.

Does the inner "nude" color match all skin tones?

The "translucent" effect works via optical contrast. The standard beige lining creates a convincing illusion of skin showing through the black veil for light to medium-tan skin tones.

Are the feet lined as well?
